Cushman & Wakefield Announces Newcastle Promotions

Leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced two promotions at its Newcastle office.

The Project & Development Services teams’ Ian Hudson and William Turnbull, have been promoted to Partner and Senior Surveyor.

David Wilson, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Newcastle office, said: “I am delighted to announce Iain and Will’s well-deserved promotions. As people are core to the success of our business, it is vital that we provide the opportunities for our talented colleagues to grow and develop and I send my warmest congratulations to both of them as they embark on the next stage of their careers.”

Ian joined the business in 2000, while William joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, after previously being a surveyor for Knight Frank at various levels for five years.

Both Ian and William have been involved in numerous office refurbishment schemes such as the recently completed fit-out of Home Group’s head office which has been nominated for a British Council for Office regional award.

Across the country, Cushman & Wakefield have made 127 promotions throughout their ranks, including 12 in Birmingham.
