The Midlands-based property developer, Chase Commercial has relocated its headquarters to Evesham in Worcestershire.
The firm was previously based in Stratford-Upon-Avon for nearly 14 years with staff now moving to the new location in Warwickshire.
The property developer who recently employed new Director Justin Parker from Mucklow PLC to the company in June has acquired a Grade II premises on Vine Street, close to the historic Abbey.
Julian Meredith, Chase Commercial Director, said: “We’ve been looking to acquire our own premises for a while. Having our own premises marks an important milestone for the business, which has experienced significant growth over the past few years.
“If we want to play a part in Evesham’s regeneration, it makes sense to be here ourselves, and when we saw Vine Street, we knew it would be ideal, being in the heart of the town that we are seeking to breathe new life into. We’re looking forward to settling in and getting to know the local business community more.”
Chase commercial has recently been involved in significant developments across Midlands, one of which in Access Park in Gloucester totalling 11-acres – a mixed-used development which came forward by a joint venture from London-based Paloma Capital.
