The asset manager and industrial developer, Chancerygate, has been named ‘Developer of the Year’ for the third time in five years by the Industrial Agents Society Awards (IAS).
Announced on Friday, the highly competitive UK-wide category was voted for by IAS members, with the award ceremony now into its 32nd year.
Chancerygate is one of the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developers and asset managers and remains the only one operation going nationwide.
Commenting on the award win, Chancaerygate Managing Director Richard Bains, said “Being voted developer of the year is a fantastic achievement. Doing so three times in the past five years recognises the outstanding work that Chancerygate does.
“The award is [a] testament to a real team effort, not just from everyone in the company, but also from our excellent team of agents and consultants who have helped us get to where we are today. My sincere thanks go out to them and all those at Chancerygate who work so hard to drive our success.
“Our business continues to grow at pace, as does our reputation for project delivery, product excellence and an entrepreneurial approach. This is an exciting time for Chancerygate, but we will not rest on our laurels as we continue to implement our strategic expansion plan across the UK.”
