CBRE Global Investors has instructed their office agency team at CBRE Manchester (along with joint agent alongside OBI Property) to market ‘Tower 12’ in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester.
The joint agents are set to market more than 23,500 sq ft of available Grade A workspace in the award-winning building.
Constructed in 1967 and renovated in 2012, Tower 12 features impressive views across Spinningfields and has seven office suites available ranging from 1,843 sq ft to 6,595 sq ft in Manchester’s premier commercial district.
Neil Mort, Senior Director, CBRE’s Office Agency team, said: “We are delighted to be appointed alongside OBI Property to market this impressive workspace in the heart of Spinningfields. Tower 12 at The Avenue North is deliberately different, with character and functionally that inspires.”
The location of Tower 12 gives occupiers access to a wide range of amenities on the doorstep, including the restaurant, bar and coffee shop scene with the likes of 20 Stories, The Ivy, Fazenda, The Alchemist, and more within walking distance.
Neill adds: “Tower 12 is well connected both digitally and physically and has a raft of amenities just a short walk away where staff can relax and socialise after work, as well has being close to local transport links. It also benefits from basement car parking and cycle storage.”
Spinningfields is home to more than 170 businesses and houses some of Manchester’s most notable corporate clients, including Costa Coffee, Barton Willmore, HSBC, Barclays Bank, Bank of New York, Grant Thornton, Investec and more.
