CBRE Appoint Former Savills Director to Lead South East Investment Team

The world’s largest global real estate services and investment firm CBRE, has appointed James Delliere as an Executive Director.

The former Savills Director will lead CBRE’s Office investment in its London Metropolitan/South East team.

Commenting on the new appointment, James Beckham, Head of London Investment, CBRE said: “We are always on the hunt for best in class agents, and James is clearly one of those. As the new team leader, we are looking forward to working with him to take our client service up to the next level and to further grow our market share.”

In his new role, James will be responsible for the strategic growth of this key area and will be working in partnership with CBRE’s London and Regional Office Investment and Agency teams.

James has advised on a range of high profile acquisitions and disposals for a number of key clients including M&G Real Estate and Royal London Asset Management.
