CBRE and Crosthwaite Launch Sheffield ‘Plug & Play’ Office Space

Commercial People has learned that joint agents CBRE and Crosthwaite Commercial have begun marketing a ‘plug and play’ office opportunity in the heart of Sheffield.

Named Westfield House, ready-to-occupy office space aims to take advantage of healthy local take-up figures for Q2, which showed 164,812 sq ft of space across 39 separate listings.

CBRE and Crosthwaite Commercial will be marketing an 8,650 sq ft suite located on the second floor of Westfield House. Situated on the popular Charter Row in Sheffield City Centre, the office is fully fitted out, offering an “immaculate” space, including desks, chairs, and everything a business would need to get going from day one. The office space also features a large kitchen, break out areas and meeting rooms.

Clair McGowan, Associate Director for the Office Agency team at CBRE in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted to be appointed to launch to market this exciting opportunity in Westfield House. The property is in a prime location and is the ideal choice for those seeking readily available office accommodation, fully kitted out for immediate occupancy, in a popular area of Sheffield City Centre. With current demand for office accommodation of this calibre, we are looking forward to entering into discussions with interested parties.”

Westfield House benefits from having the local Sheffield Supertram and bus routes nearby, and is also within walking distance of Sheffield train and transport interchange. For those preferring to drive to work, Westfield House is also close by to a number of multi-storey car parks in the surrounding area.

Crosthwaite Commercial’s Tom Shelton adds: “Westfield House is a well known building in a central location and given the excellent fit out we expect to see good interest in the suite. With lockdown restrictions having eased, we expect businesses to assess their working practices and there to be a good level of demand for space in the city for the remainder of the year.”
