One of the West Midlands’ leading independent firms of chartered surveyors s maintained its 100% first-time exam pass rate after the latest round of results.
Dating back to its founding in 1965, Bulleys has maintained its flawless pass rate with graduate Chartered Surveyor Edward Jenkinson becoming the most recent to pass.
Having passed the Assessment of Professional Competence, and becomes a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Edward said: “At a firm like Bulleys, you have the opportunity to experience all facets of commercial property, and this can only help you in your professional development.”
Commenting on Edward’s success, Bulleys Partner Rod Spiby said: “At a firm like Bulleys, you have the opportunity to experience all facets of commercial property, and this can only help you in your professional development.”
Edward joined Bulleys in July 2014 after studying for five years at Birmingham City University where he achieved a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate.
Rod added: “Ed’s results are a tribute not only to the hard work he has put in but also to the quality of staff we recruit and the breadth of training we provide at Bulleys.
“We are a long-established name in the Black Country and wider West Midlands but not so big that we do not value each and every member of our team. The opportunity to learn and grow at Bulleys is an important factor in our ability to recruit and retain the very best staff.”
