The leading commercial property consultancy Bulleys has helped one of the UK’s largest housing associations move into an improved location in the Black Country.
Housing association Bromford relocated its home maintenance team from their old premises in Wednesbury to a new 2,281 sq ft unit on Cakemore Road, in Rowley Regis.
Bromford has around 44,000 homes spread across central and south-west England, housing more than 100,000 people.
Tracy Cadwallader, facilities manager at Bromford, said: “It’s crucial that our teams are able to get out to our housing customers as soon as possible to carry out emergency repairs, as well as routine maintenance.
“We’re thrilled with our new premises on Cakemore Road which are in a great location with easy access to the motorway networks to quickly take us anywhere we need to be.
“The service provided by Angela Holland at Bulleys was great and once ‘we’d found our property she was very efficient in getting everything signed and sealed for us to move in.”
Bulleys arranged the letting for Bromford Housing from landlord Cuber Precision Engineering on a three-year lease at £22,500 per annum
Angela Holland, Agency Assistant at Bulleys, said: “I really enjoyed working with Bromford as I know ‘it’s a people-focused business and it was fulfilling to help them move to the right place to best help their tenants.
“‘It’s a good example of how diverse our clients are – we are experts in finding the right properties for everyone from factories to distribution centres, and from retail premises to maintenance bases.”
