Award-winning commercial property specialist, Bromwich Hardy, announces the launch of cutting-edge tech that is set to change commercial property viewing.
Revealed earlier this week, the Coventry-based multi-disciplinary firm is the first commercial agency in the Midlands to make use of the 3D viewing software created by global technology firm Matterport; enabling 3D tours and video-walkthroughs of their properties.
Hailing the software as a “major advancement” in the property marketing, Bromwich Hardy Partner James Brookes said: “We are absolutely delighted to have teamed up with Matterport because this software is a real breakthrough in both the way we can market a property and the advantages it offers to clients.”
James went on to add: “For the first time we can offer detailed 3D tours of a property – allowing the viewer to zoom in, walk around and even measure up the rooms so that they can get a comprehensive picture of the site.
“We can also produce bespoke video tours, allowing interested parties a managed tour of the building, along with floor maps and an overall 3D model so that they get a truly immersive feel for it.
“The feedback we have had has been highly complementary, and we have already seen a commercial benefit from using the software. For the first time, no matter where you are in the country, you can have a detailed look around many of our properties without leaving the comfort of your own office or home.”
In addition to the support for Matterport’s 3D viewing technology, Bromwich Hardy also recently released their first annual Bromwich Hardy Barometer – tracking various facts and figures about the Coventry and Warwickshire office and industrial market.
