Bromwich Hardy Clinches £1.5m Coventry Deal

Commercial property advisors Bromwich Hardy, have announced the sale of two units on a Coventry industrial estate as part of a £1.5m deal.

Brokered on behalf of city investment company Dehill Property Holdings, the two refurbished units on the Bayton Road Industrial Estate were purchased from the Premier Group.

Commenting on the sale, Bromwich Hardy partner James Brooks said: “The two units are in excellent condition having recently been improved to a very high standard, and the sale price reflects the high value this sort of property can attract.”

Both units feature office and warehouse space, providing a total combined floor space of 25,225 sq ft.

James adds: “The new properties for sale provide an industrial investment opportunity in a very strong regional market. They come with a market value rent role, decent term and well-known occupier who has refurbished the space extensively. We believe they will sell very well in this post-Brexit, Brave New World.”
