Bright Future for Solstice Development Shop Units

Award-winning property consultancy Kirkby Diamond believes two new units within a major Build to Rent development of 139 homes in Milton Keynes could be an attractive proposition for some of the countries biggest brands.

The two commercial units sit below the multi-million-pound Solstice Apartments build-to-rent development, owned and operated by Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed landlord.

Standing at a total of 4,498 sq ft, with one unit 1,959 sq ft, and the other 2,539 sq ft; the site is located at Silbury Boulevard, on the former Standard Chartered Bank offices.

Nick Bosworth, a commercial agency surveyor at Kirkby Diamond in Milton Keynes, said: “These two new commercial units will form an important part of the new Solstice Apartments rental development in the heart of Milton Keynes. It really is an excellent location for a range of businesses, and the units are suitable for retail or office use.

“It’s quite rare for new commercial units to become available in such a desirable location, so we are quite confident that there will be a lot of interest from occupiers who recognise the area’s potential. We are delighted to have been instructed by Grainger plc to bring them to market. ”
