BREAKING: Debenhams CEO Sergio Bucher Steps Down

Commercial People have learned that Sergio Rodriguez Bucher, the Chief Executive Officer of struggling high-street retailer Debenhams will step down as a Director amidst more profit warnings.

According to documents filed this morning on the Companies House website, Sergio Bucher ‘s termination occurred on the 10th of January 2019; however, the official documentation was only released today.

Mr Bucher joined the embattled retailer two years ago after previously serving as the Vice President for Amazon Fashion Europe and his reign has been blighted by a series of profit warnings and financial crisis’.

Earlier this morning Debenhams share price fell to a low of 2.83 GBX, at the time of writing, Debenhams share price currently sits at 2.94 GBX.
