Commercial property agents Bond Wolfe have announced the complete letting of a prominent town-centre office in West Bromwich.
The last remaining space at the 41, 650 sq ft Guardian House was taken by international logistics specialist and wholesaler of pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines and more. FCL Global Forwarding and FCL Heal Solutions – the medical firm signed a five-year lease for 4,593 sq ft in the premises.
James Mattin, Managing Partner at Bond Wolfe, said: “We are delighted to have concluded this letting to the FCL Group, who we previously placed in Hawthorns House.
“This deal is typical of the current trend of progressive companies like FCL wanting to be located in established town centre locations. Guardian House sits right in the middle of all the local amenities and tenants benefit from the close proximity to the New Square retail and leisure development.”
FCL relocated just over 2 miles from the nearby Hawthorns House on Halfords Lane, as the firm was seeking a modern and refurbished town centre premises.
