Commercial People agent Bond Wolfe has announced the £500,000 sale of a prominent investment property in the Black Country.
In a move that underlines the strength and appeal of the West Midlands, Bond Wolfe successfully sold a four-storey high street building containing Dudley’s Post Office to a private investor.
Located on 66-67 High Street, the mixed-use building features a ground floor let to The Post Office until 2036 while also housing five fully-let self-contained flats on the upper floors providing excellent additional income potential.
Commenting on the sale, Bond Wolfe Managing Director James Mattin said: “We are delighted to have concluded another investment sale.
“Demand for income producing secondary assets is extremely strong presently, and with this asset being anchored by The Post Office as the ground floor tenant, there was strong demand for this opportunity.”
