91 Queen Street, Morley, Leeds, a freehold let to Santander Bank achieved £340,000 from a guide price of £335,000+.

Walsall Council also benefitted from the auction with the sale of a former community centre at 1 Kingsley Street, sold on their behalf. The property realised a £172,000 sale from a guide price of £150,000.

Commenting on the auction, Ian Tudor, Managing Director and Head of Commercial at Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “Demand for commercial property continues to grow and with the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions enabling easier access for viewings, we can only see this continuing.

“We were delighted with the results of this latest auction which saw 201 lots sold from the 220 offered, representing a success rate of 92% and raising over £23.5 million in sales.”
