An award-winning design company behind the likes of Adidas and Gymshark are set to relocate to a new office following a sustained period of unprecedented commercial growth.

Ranking as part of The Sunday Times’ Top Track 250, office design firm Oktra are aiming to relocate to a new London office in the Johnston Building at Clerkenwell by April 2020.

Oktra’s new office was originally designed four years ago for 90 employees, but with the company now boasting 150 members, the firm decided to exercise the lease break on their current workspace.

Pete Dalzell, Oktra CEO comments: “The investment in our workspace is essential for Oktra’s future growth, and will strengthen our position in the market,”

The new Johnson Building offices will be twice the size of the firms’ current office and will feature three floors each with their own different functions, these include:

  • ‘The Den’ – An underground design library, zen room and focus work area.
  • ‘The Hub’ – A central meeting point for staff and visitors complete with different work settings, meeting rooms, a lounge area and bar.
  • ‘The Sky’ – the upper floor fostering team collaboration with multi-functional work settings.
